Terms & Conditions

Last updated: November 2026

Welcome to SuperTaxi (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile applications or website services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, booking a ride, or requesting a parcel delivery on SuperTaxi, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. Platform Services

SuperTaxi operates a digital technology platform that connects:

• Passengers seeking transportation with independent licensed Drivers.
• Senders seeking courier services with independent Delivery Partners.

SuperTaxi is a technology provider and does not directly operate transportation or courier services. Transportation and delivery contracts are formed directly between the customer and the independent partner.

3. User Accounts & Verification

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete registration details (name, phone number, email).
• Each account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• For safety and trip verification, you must provide the 4-digit security OTP to your driver upon entering the vehicle.

4. Fares, Pricing & Dynamic Surges

• Upfront Quotes: Ride and delivery fares are estimated prior to booking based on distance, duration, and road network routing.
• Fare Adjustments: The final fare may adjust if the route changes, additional stops are added, or unexpected route diversions occur.
• Surge Pricing: During periods of high demand, peak commute hours, or adverse weather, dynamic surge multipliers may apply.
• Tolls & Parking: Route tolls and airport/parking charges incurred during a trip will be added to the customer fare.

5. Cancellations & Waiting Fees

• Grace Period: You may cancel a booking free of charge within the grace period (typically 2 to 3 minutes from dispatch).
• Cancellation Fee: If you cancel after a driver has traveled towards your pickup point, or if you fail to arrive within the designated waiting window, a cancellation fee will apply to compensate the driver.
• Waiting Charges: Drivers may charge per-minute waiting fees if the customer delays boarding past the free waiting threshold.

6. Parcel Delivery & Logistics Guidelines

• Prohibited Items: Senders must NOT send illegal substances, hazardous/flammable materials, firearms, currency/cash, fragile items without proper packaging, or perishable livestock.
• Weight & Dimensions: Packages must adhere to the weight and dimensions declared at booking. Overweight items are subject to rejection or surcharges.
• Proof of Delivery (POD): Deliveries require the recipient’s digital signature and/or a timestamped camera photo verification before the order is marked complete.
• Liability Cap: SuperTaxi’s liability for lost or damaged parcels is strictly capped at the declared delivery fee or statutory local limits, unless premium fragile insurance was selected.

7. Digital In-App Wallet & Payments

• Payments may be made via In-App Wallet, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe), Mobile Money, or Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once credited, but may be used for any future ride or delivery on the platform.
• Wallet-to-wallet transfers are final once confirmed by your account password.

8. User & Driver Conduct (Zero Tolerance)

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against physical violence, harassment, discrimination, verbal abuse, fraud, or vehicle damage. Violations will result in permanent account suspension and potential legal prosecution.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SuperTaxi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party driver actions, traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns, or force majeure events.

10. Changes to Terms & Contact Information

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For questions or support regarding these terms, please contact our support team via in-app chat or email at support@supertaxi.com.
